Thank you for choosing Louis Murphy! We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@louismurphy.com

RETURN PERIOD:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your package. Please ensure that your return shipment is dispatched within this timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with all tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns are not refundable.

RETURN COSTS:

All returns must be sent to the designated address we provide once you request a return. Do not send the return to the sender's address.
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia, including any customs fees if applicable.  Louis Murphy is not responsible for items lost in transit.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when registering your return, we will process your request promptly to ensure a quick turnaround.

We aim to handle returns as swiftly as possible. Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, processing will take place within 10 working days. Please use a tracking option to track your return shipment to see when it arrives. The processing time begins after the package is received. Once your refund has been completed, you will be notified. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What if the product I want to exchange for is out of stock?
Please reach out to our customer service team to explore available options. We will provide you with an update on the expected availability of the product. If you have already initiated a return and the item is sold out, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

How can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service for assistance.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing issues, please contact us at info@louismurphy.com with a photo of the damage. Our customer service team will work diligently to resolve the issue.

What if I need to return my order after the return period has expired?
Be sure to return your items within the 30-day period. If this is not feasible, we can offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a store voucher. Please reach out to our customer support team to discuss your options.
